Normal operating hours are between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Friday

Confirmation - All trips must be confirmed with an operator.

Additional Charges - Additional charges are incurred in the following situations:

Surcharge - 20% surcharge outside of normal operating hours. An additional surcharge may apply on public holidays.

Waiting - There is no charge when waiting time is less than a grace period of:

• 10 minutes for standard pickups
• 30 minutes for domestic airport pickups
• 60 minutes for international airport pickups.

If waiting time exceeds the grace period, the grace period will be included in the waiting time.

Tolls, Parking and Airport Fees - These costs are added to the fare when incurred

Cancellation Fee on Advance Bookings - greentomatocars reserves the right to charge 50% of the fare if cancellation is within an hour of pickup time, and 100% of the fare in the event of a “No-Show”. Cancellations can only be confirmed by an operator.

Two Way Journey Boundaries - Journeys to and from areas outside the metropolitan area – Berowra Heights in the north, Windsor, Penrith and Campbelltown in the west and Helensburgh in the south – will be charged as return journeys.

Cleaning - Any soiling that requires the car to be taken out of service for cleaning will result in a charge of $50 or the cost of cleaning, whichever is greater.
